The tomorrow people
Article Abstract:
An analysis of the problem of procrastination, particularly amongst college students. Research shows that while only 14% of the world's adult population are procrastinators, up to 75% of students admit to procrastinating about their work. Joe Ferrari, professor of psychology at De Paul University in Chicago, Illinois, notes that procrastination can be a difficult problem to deal with and that simply telling a chronic procrastinator to just do something is akin to telling a clinically depressed person to be more cheerful.
